Wigan Pounded, Players Offer Refund

Yes folks....that was a 9-1 victory for Tottenham over Wigan. That's the biggest whooping in the EPL since Man U beat Ipswich 9-0 in 1995. Today, the Wigan players have agreed to refund the money spent by traveling supporters at Tottenham, with their captain saying:

"We feel that as a group of players we badly let down our supporters yesterday," said Wigan captain Mario Melchiot. "This is a gesture we have to make and pay them back for their loyalty."
